This is the fastest growing watersport and it's easy to see why. It's accessible to all and can be done in most conditions (although if it's windy you may prefer to windsurf!).
SUPs are a great way to exercise while enjoying the scenery and and its easy to cool off during your workout. It's an ideal way to develop core strength, balance and stamina and a perfect complement to windsurfing - just ask the pros! For summer 2013 we are running regular morning SUP fitness sessions and SUP yoga - there is no bettter way to start your day!
